14. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in a written coaching agreement.

Deposits:
All deposits paid to Spyros Bolano Coaching – FZCO are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits are used to secure your spot in a program, offer, or coaching container and are considered part of the total program fee. Once paid, deposits will not be refunded or transferred, regardless of changes in availability, schedule, or participation.

No refunds are provided for completed purchases, coaching sessions, or digital downloads. Once access is granted, you are responsible for all agreed payments.

15. NO WARRANTIES

All materials, programs, and information provided on the Website are offered “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
You agree that your use of the Website and all associated materials is at your sole risk.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyros Bolano Coaching – FZCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in our programs.

If liability is found, it shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spyros Bolano Coaching – FZCO regarding your use of the Website.
This Agreement supersedes all prior communications or understandings, whether written or oral.

For coaching clients, these Terms complement your signed Coaching Agreement, which governs payment obligations, cancellations, and access rights.
